As the global community advances toward IMT-2030, ubiquitous connectivity is recognized as a fundamental pillar of the 6G vision—aiming to provide seamless, reliable, and inclusive communication services across terrestrial, airborne, maritime, and satellite domains. Beyond enhanced performance, this vision emphasizes global coverage, sustainability, resilience, and digital inclusion, enabling connectivity in underserved and remote regions as well as during emergency and disaster scenarios. Realizing IMT-2030 ubiquitous connectivity poses key challenges at the system level, including harmonized spectrum usage, energy efficiency, network scalability, and interoperability across heterogeneous access technologies.
